You send a message to the number that's printed on a sign they leave in your room.Ī few hours later, you sent it before noon, they send a text back saying you have to go to a link and answer a nonsense questionnaire to get your room cleaned. Then, you find out, maybe, after the first day your room hasn't been cleaned, that you need to make an appointment before noon a day in advanced. You check in and you are not told about the ridiculous rip-off rules that 'apply ' to the room- cleaning. It's a very important event and stay in groups of many at one hotel. The cheapest trick is making an appointment to get your room cleaned. The exceptions were: the staff at the bellhop desk, who demand a tip in advance. The maids were also great and the staff, in general, were very nice. I'll point out that the Valet Parking people were great.
